National Art Exhibition /
Muestra Nacional de Artes Plásticas
Two works by Carmelo Sobrino were selected by the curatorial committee of the national art show which cosisted of Arlette de la Serna, curator of the Museo de Arte de Ponce, Juan Carlos López Quintero, curator of the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and Marilú Purcell Villafañe, curator and y director of the Programa de Artes Plásticas del Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña. The exhibition opened on December 9, 2009 and lasted till February 28, 2010 at the Arsenal de la Puntilla, Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The catalogue is available through the ICP.
