"Horizonte" - permanent mural in the "Raúl Julia" theatre at the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico (MAPR)
Take a walk!

Carmelo Sobrino has concluded four murals: One for the Raúl Julia theatre, located in the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, San Juan, one for the Taboas theatre in his hometown Manatí, another one for the Museo del Deporte Puertorriqueño in Guaynabo and one as part of the ARTEpúblico project in the Teatro Victoria in the south-eastern town of Humacao.

While ideas fit into his head and drawing books, his projects are too large for his small studio, located at the entrance of Old San Juan. He therefore quite often spends working hours in a larger workshop, situated in the "campo" (countryside).
